9 lbs down in three weeks..still tryin to lose weight and eating much healthier but its such a drag.......... any words of comfort out there Laughing

YES, its a drag mist, I lost 24 lbs last year, put them on , then lost about 17 again lol.. Its just up and down for me Evil or Very Mad

Thank you guys. I am off to the docs today to sort out some bugging issues and hopefully it will spur my weight loss when they are resolved.
