Congratulations on your book. I do hope however, that you are here to interact with our community and not just as a free advertising medium to plug your book?

Courtesy would be to at least type an introduction. Sheesh!

I am sorry guys, Vinnie attended my writers group yesterday evening, and I gave him a link to the forum so that he could sign up, interact with us here, if he was interested. I also showed him how to link to his self-published book, though I think Vinnie that you must have misunderstood me completely.

The online community is set up for members who cannot attend the local group meetings, (although the ones that do attend the meetings are also welcome here) The point of this community is to assist each other, interact and help each other in the field of writing.

Whilst it's acceptable for a member here to link to a product in their signature or mention a publication/achievement within a post of theirs, it is not a forum solely for the blatant advertising of a product, or asking other members to advertise products for them. I am afraid that the policy online is one where a post is deleted, and links disabled if the poster does not contribute satisfactorily to the community within a 48 hour period.

NB: Also, may I remind you, and anyone who attends the weekly group session that there is a £5 fee per session which goes towards my time and sundry expenses!
